Pepper jelly ideas - pour over a softened block of cream cheese and serve with crackers or blend jar with 2 blocks of softened cream cheese and serve as a dip, use as sauce over chicken, spread over salmon filet then wrap in aluminum foil coated with olive oil and grill for 15-20 minutes
